Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Design Services

By engaging Green Roots Design, Inc. for site analysis or landscape architecture, the client agrees to these Master Service Terms. No work begins until a formal retainer is received and the Service Contract is signed.

2. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plant lists, and exterior architectural drawings remain the intellectual property of Green Roots Design, Inc. until final project payment is settled. Design plans are licensed solely for use at the specified project address.

3. Project Timelines & Weather

Due to the climate in Bozeman, MT, Green Roots Design, Inc. reserves the right to adjust installation timelines based on seasonal shifts, ground frost, and native flora availability. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure.

4. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes arising from services provided by Green Roots Design, Inc. shall be handled in the courts of Gallatin County, MT.
