1. Natural Material Variation

Interior and exterior renderings provided by Green Roots Design, Inc. are artistic impressions. The actual appearance of stone, timber, and native plants may vary due to natural sourcing and biological growth patterns.

2. Underground Utility Risk

While Green Roots Design, Inc. coordinates with local utility marking services, we are not liable for damages to unmarked private utility lines (irrigation, fiber optic, or private plumbing) during excavation unless provided with accurate as-built drawings by the client.

3. Plant Survivability

Green Roots Design, Inc. selects native Montana species designed for high-altitude resilience. However, we do not guarantee plant survivability beyond the standard warranty period if maintenance and irrigation protocols are not followed by the client.
